1. At the time of Appointment.
Let’s schedule a Call or Zoom session and get to know each other. This is also a great opportunity for any queries you have and for us to give you a detailed plan for the Wedding day. We could also catch up in person over a cup of tea or coffee.

2. Initiate Paperwork
When you are ready, we will send you a copy of the Online Contract to read and sign and a 30% Deposit Invoice to set the day aside for you.

3. Planning + Scheduling
45 Days prior to the wedding we will be setting up a Zoom call to make sure we make note of all the finer details and to finalise the timeline for the wedding day and fine tune it to just the way you would like it to be.

4. After The Wedding
Within a day or two we will be sending you a bunch of sneak peak images to cherish and share with loved ones.

5. Within A Week.
The exciting editing process will get initiated from our end and it would also be the time for finalising the remaining balance.

6. Within 3-4 Weeks.
You will be receiving your own personalised web and print gallery with all the beautiful memories that are meticulously and creatively edited by us with love and passion.

How much does wedding photography cost in Melbourne?
Our Melbourne wedding photography packages start at $1,990 for 4 hours of coverage. 6 hours is $2,490, 8 hours is $2,990 and 10 hours is $3,490. Prices include GST and are in Australian dollars (AUD).
What is included in your wedding photography packages?
Every photography package includes high-resolution print-ready images, all images personally edited, two 30-minute Zoom consultations, cloud storage for one year, and a personal web and print gallery for one year. The 8-hour and 10-hour packages also include a beautifully crafted slideshow.
How much does wedding videography cost?
Videography packages start at $1,490 for 4 hours, $1,990 for 6 hours, $2,490 for 8 hours and $2,990 for 10 hours. All include 4K footage on a cinema camera, two 30-minute Zoom consultations and the complete raw footage. The 4-hour and 6-hour packages include a 2 to 3 minute highlight video, and the 8-hour and 10-hour packages include a 3 to 4 minute highlight video. The 10-hour package also includes a second videographer.
Do you offer a photography and videography package?
Yes. Our special offer is 8 hours of photography, 8 hours of videography and a fine art wedding album for $4,990, normally priced at $6,370.
What are your add-on prices?
Additional hours are $300 per hour. A slideshow is $250, a film style special edit is $300, a 10x10 fine art album is $890, and 35mm film photography starts at $500. A second photographer is $100 per hour.
Do your prices include GST, and what currency are they in?
Yes. All prices include GST and are in Australian dollars (AUD).
How does the payment schedule work?
We ask for a 30% deposit at the time of booking to secure your date, another 30% one month before the wedding, and the remaining 40% after the wedding.
How does booking work?
We start with a call or Zoom session to get to know each other. When you are ready, we send an online contract to read and sign, along with a 30% deposit invoice to secure your date.
Is a second photographer included?
A second photographer is charged separately at $100 per hour. The 10-hour videography package includes a second videographer.
Do you charge travel fees?
Travel fees apply to weddings held outside a 25 km radius of Melbourne. Tell us your venue and we will confirm the fee.
Who owns the copyright to our wedding photos?
Copyright is shared between you and us. We may use your images on our website, social media, general promotions and awards.
Can our wedding photos be kept private?
Yes. If you prefer that your images are not shared online or on social media, we can arrange that and add a clause to your contract so your images are for you only.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancellations and rescheduling both need ample notice. If you need to move your date, we can arrange either Rohit or a team member to photograph your new date as long as you give us a fair amount of notice before it.
How long until we receive our photos?
You will receive sneak peek images within a day or two of your wedding. Editing begins within a week, and your personal web and print gallery arrives within 3 to 4 weeks.
